Our Guarantee

Our products come with a 90-day guarantee. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To start a return, email support@mymitoblu.com to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). You must have an RMA number before returning any product — returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Perishable goods cannot be returned. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the product and notify you via your RMA ticket of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank account
  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, reply to your RMA ticket email

Your RMA ticket will remain open for 14 days after we send your refund to ensure any issues can be resolved quickly.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, email support@mymitoblu.com and our team will provide your RMA number and next steps.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact us at support@mymitoblu.com. Our team will provide return instructions and your RMA number. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
